• We cannot guarantee any particular outcome from switching plans or carriers
• Coverage maps, speeds, and reliability are subject to change by carriers and environmental factors
• We are not liable for carrier errors, outages, service interruptions, or service term changes

3. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Wireless Plan Deals be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website, even if we have been notified of such damage.

Cap on Liability: Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for that specific service (or $500 CAD, whichever is less).

4. Accuracy of Materials

Materials appearing on our website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any materials are accurate, complete, or current. Wireless Plan Deals may make changes to the materials at any time without notice.

• Provide accurate information during consultations
• Verify carrier plans and service terms before committing
• Contact carriers directly for account support and billing disputes
• Assume all risk related to switching carriers or changing plans

7. Third-Party Services

We may reference or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for their accuracy, availability, or any fees they charge.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation that cannot be waived by agreement.

9. Fees and Refund Policy

Fee: Our consultation fee is a flat $20 CAD per consultation. The price is all-inclusive: GST/HST and any other applicable taxes are included, and there are no additional charges. The fee is the same regardless of which carrier or plan you choose, and we do not receive commissions from carriers.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your consultation, email contact@wirelessplandeals.online within 30 days of your consultation and we will refund the consultation fee in full to your original payment method. No reason is required.
